As Director of Customer Success, Karthik is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience, ensuring LineVision customers achieve all of their desired outcomes, and cultivating long-term partnerships with leading utilities across the globe.

Karthik has spent over a decade working on climate solutions and the energy transition. At EnerNOC, Karthik built multiple, high-performing teams for field operations, product development, professional services, and customer success. At Enel X, Karthik led Global Customer Success, working with the world’s largest enterprises to strategically reduce energy spend and slash carbon emissions.

Karthik has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Cornell University. When he is not at work, Karthik has his hands full as a new dad. He lives with his wife and baby boy in Northern Virginia.
