New LineVision CEO - Welcome Vishal Kapadia!

Vishal Kapadia, a transformational leader with a strong track record of value creation at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology, will be stepping into the role of CEO. LineVision Co-Founder and CEO, Hudson Gilmer, will be transitioning to Chairman of the Board.
Vishal's most recent experience leading the energy transformation at Walmart ushered in a sweeping new energy strategy, enhancing energy security and affordability for Walmart and its communities while developing new energy products and services to serve customers in new ways.
At a time when businesses and communities face the challenges of energy security and affordability, Vishal acknowledges that technologies like Dynamic Line Ratings are critical to meeting these demands and enabling the AI-powered transformation of our economy.

National Grid UK

National Grid UK has expanded its partnership with LineVision.
“Integrating grid-enhancing technologies such as LineVision’s is a crucial part of National Grid’s work to increase the capacity of our network to meet increased demand,” said Mark Lissimore, Director of Infrastructure Delivery at National Grid. “Innovative projects such as this will boost the capacity of our existing infrastructure and help increase the network’s capacity for renewable power, delivering lower costs for consumers whilst continuing to maintain world-class reliability.”
Duquesne Light Company

Pittsburgh-based utility, Duquesne Light Company, announced that they are expanding deployment of LineVision's Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) technology across DLC's footprint. Enhancements have been made to LineVision's situational awareness platform LineAware. The video below shares a brief overview of LineAware and how it provides utility operators with the industry's most accurate hyper-local transmission line wind and forecast data, powered by continuous sensor data and computational fluid dynamics.

The LineVision Team attended DistribuTECH 2025 with a presence on the show floor, as well as panel talks featuring Hilary Pearson, VP of Policy and External Affairs and Hudson Gilmer, Co-Founder and CEO of LineVision. There were many meaningful conversations with our partners and prospects throughout the conference around how to enhance grid capacity and resilience with Dynamic Line Ratings.

Stephanie Gossman, Planning and Policy General Manager at Georgia PowerCompany, shared Georgia Power's Strategic Approach to Serving Customer Load Growth at EEI 2025, alongside Steve Hambric, CRO at LineVision.The audience got a behind-the-scenes look into Georgia Power's evaluation and deployment of innovative technologies aimed at quickly serving load growth, including Dynamic Line Ratings. Stephanie shared the operational considerations that go into making the grid more efficient while keeping customer costs low.
