Seanna Balfe

Seanna leads LineVision’s legal and people functions and provides administrative leadership across the organization. 

She is a seasoned executive who has led 4 successful company exits, managed legal and HR operations across dozens of countries, and built a reputation for practical, business-minded counsel in fast-moving environments. 

Prior to LineVision, Seanna was General Counsel at Red Nucleus, a global provider of learning, advisory, and scientific services for the life sciences and healthcare industries — leading corporate governance, M&A, IP strategy, employment, commercial contracts, and real estate.

Before Red Nucleus, Seanna served as General Counsel at Cytel Inc. (through its sale to Astorg/Nordic Capital) and as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Alert Innovation, where she led the legal integration of its acquisition by Walmart. She also spent years as Associate General Counsel at Syneos Health (formerly inVentiv Health) and served as Senior Employment Counsel at Sapient Corporation, supporting global teams of thousands of employees across multiple continents.
